You need to love your job and enjoy the work you do. And interpersonal skills to work with colleagues and leasing staff are definitely required too.

What do you most enjoy about your job?

Working with colleagues on well-structured, well-organised projects, and seeing what you’ve achieved at the end of a project. Plus spending free time with my colleagues, of course. 

 

Does it involve contact with customers, and if so, where and how?

We’re always on site, of course, so we interact with customers basically every day – which means we need to create a good impression with our appearance and demeanour. Customers sometimes come straight to us to discuss how a project is progressing.

What makes this job different from other jobs at PMS?

The varied work we do in plants and systems big and small. If you want, you can travel around the world with our company and discover a wide range of industrial systems used in automotive manufacturing, gas plants, paper machines etc.

  • Ensuring the integrated management system meets the international standards
  • Continuously developing the integrated management system
  • Ensuring that process descriptions and working instructions are managed in accordance with standards
  • Ensuring that delegated tasks are carried out in accordance with the company’s relevant safety regulations, standards and environmental/quality policies

What we expect from applicants:

  • School leaving certificate in business or technical studies (technical/commercial college, etc.) 
  • Several years of professional experience in process modelling and process management 
  • Independence, confident demeanour and determination to see things through
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • An analytical mind and an ability to solve problems
  • Commitment and a willingness to learn
  • Methodical expertise in error analysis
  • Familiarity with lean principles and methods 
  • In-depth expertise in project management
  • Facilitation and presentation skills 
  • Ability to resolve conflicts
  • Flexibility with working hours and locations
