Opened in 2019 and with over 6,000 m² production space, the state-of-the-art PMS switchgear manufacturing centre is a clear sign of our commitment to St. Stefan in the Lavanttal valley.
It’s home to a team of highly motivated and expertly trained specialists, who use advanced CAD systems to design and manufacture high-quality switch cabinets.
And the adjoining warehouse is designed to ensure both the quickest possible project delivery times and high-accuracy manufacturing.

From the moment we begin preparing a quote, we create a digital twin for each switch cabinet:
using digital technology and a state-of-the-art CNC processing centre to produce parts lists, layout plans and circuit diagrams means future processes can be fully automated and delivered as quickly as possible while covering every necessary detail.
We offer the highest level of automation across the board, from material feeds to mechanical manufacturing, fitting, labelling and wire assembly (wire terminals), the associated wiring (smart wiring diagrams), and automated testing.
Fast, efficient and cost-effective project delivery times
Bringing design and manufacturing under one roof means we can keep process sequences to a minimum. Complete automation makes our production systems as efficient as possible, so our customers benefit from competitive prices and shorter project delivery times without having to compromise on quality or conformity with standards.
- We work in accordance with national and international standards and regulations for manufacturing and testing, including UL, CSA and ATEX.
- Our range of services includes compliance with the relevant standards and regulations, with conformity assessment procedures, and with CE marking.
- PMS is a TÜV SÜD-certified Panel Shop Partner in accordance with UL standards. That means we can produce and be certified by UL 508A Industrial Control Panels, CSA C22.2 No. 286 Industrial control panels and assemblies, and UL 698A Industrial Control Panels Relating to Hazardous (Classified) Locations.
