#1 Where is the best place to send my application?

Please submit your application online via our website or by email to bewerbung @ pms.at.
But if you like, feel free to bring us your application documents in person!

#2 What do I need to include in my application?

Your application should include an up-to-date CV, a cover letter, certificates of relevant education/training and a photo of yourself.

#3 How long can I expect to wait until I hear back from you?

We aim to get back to you regarding your application within a week.

#4 How does the application process work?

We’ll send you automatic email confirmation once we’ve received your application. Then we’ll look through your application and get back to you within a week. If you make it onto the shortlist, we’ll be in touch with you by phone to arrange an individual interview. A few days after the interview, we’ll give you another call to tell you whether your application has been successful.

#5 What can I expect in the interview at PMS?

The interview is a chance for us to find out more about you as a person, and will be led by a member of our recruiting team and the respective head of department. Quite simply, our advice is: be yourself. We don’t just want to hear about your experience and your specialist expertise – we want to meet the person behind it.
